Love is louder. Despite facing an unprecedented anti-gay propaganda law in St. Petersburg, LGBT activists send a message of perseverance to their international supporters. Watch, after the jump.

Enforcement of anti-gay propaganda laws continued in Russia this weekend.

Gay rights demonstrators observed the Day of Silence, which draws attention to “the silencing of discrimination and crimes against sexual minorities.” Two demonstrators were arrested in St. Petersburg.

The first arrest under St. Petersburg's heinous and instantly-infamous law banning promoting or speaking about the gay in public has been made. The horrific criminals charged with indoctrinating homophobia around possible minors (a crime on par with promoting pedophilia)? Two activists holding sings that read, "Gay is normal." To kick off its "Week Against Homophobia," Russian LGBT organization Coming Out has filed a challenge of St. Petersburg's notorious "anti Pride" law in a city court.
