Sure, it has the infallible Betty White as part of its ensemble, but news that Hot In Cleveland is the year's highest-rated sitcom is a bit of a shock, right? According to Nielsen, the show reached a global audience of 4.2 million viewers to earn its spot at the top.
However, TVLand President Larry W. Jones attempts to downplay the Betty-effect in his response to the news.
