As gay and lesbian Washingtonians celebrate the legalization of same-sex marriage by getting hitched, one powerful heterosexual married couple in the state seems to be in disagreement.

Washington state's Attorney General Rob McKenna and his wife, Marilyn, are having a pretty public difference of opinion on the issue of marriage equlaity and we're, admittedly, pretty excited about it!

Wow. Boeing may need to do some damage control now that it appears that they may be actively discriminating against their same-sex married employees.  

In the wake of Washington State's passage of Referendum 74, which legalized same-sex marriage in the state, Boeing has been asked by union reps to extend equal pension benefits to same-sex spouses. 

According to union rep, Ray Goforth, Boeing has refused citing the federal government's non-recognition of same-sex marriage.

Washington United for Marriage has officially claimed victory on Referendum 74!

With the referendum's approval, Washington state voters have affirmed marriage equality, officially giving us a clean sweep in all of this election's same-sex marriage races!

President Obama has endorsed Referendum 74, the measure before voters to solidify marriage equality as the law of the land in Washington State. 

The effort to make marriage equality the law of the land in Washington state just received a huge push to the tune of half a million dollars from Bill & Melinda Gates. 

Oh sure, give us another reason to shop! 

Nordstrom just shot straight to the top of our list of retailers now that they've officially come out in support of marriage equality!

The Washington state based company has publically backed Referendum 74 in Washington, which will give same-sex couples the freedom to marry.
