The Log Cabin Republicans will later today ask the 9th Circuit to declare "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" unconstitutional. No, you haven't accidentally clicked on a story from a year ago: full repeal is still expected to be implemented on September 20; however, the LCR believes the declaration is necessary to prevent a similar law from coming back to haunt us, should the Rick Perrys of the world ever become president.
