A coalition of 102 lawmakers introduced legislation that seeks to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act in the U.S. House and for the first time in the Senate on Wednesday. Follow the jump to read what Rep. Jerrold Nadler, author of the House version, said during today's press conference.

At an 11 a.m. press conference on Wednesday, U.S. Reps. Nadler, Conyers, Barney Frank, Tammy Baldwin, Jared Polis and David Cicilline will announce a bill that seeks to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act.
