18-year-old Kaitlyn Hunt, who's been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor (her high school girlfriend, has rejected the plea deal offered by the state of Florida.

The deal would have included two years of house arrest, two years of probation, and a guilty plea to child abuse.

Another year, another International Pride Month that won't include Moscow on the calendar of events. 

Once again, city officials in the Russian capital have refused to allow permits to host gay pride events in the city, surprising no one, unfortunately.

The full effect of Jason Collins' decision to come out might not be known for decades, but tangible evidence of its importance has trickled out over the past few weeks. Hollywood Hills high school football captain Leo Washington, who came out this week after finding inspiration in Collins, is the latest hero in the revolution.

In his Sports Illustrated editorial, the former Boston Celtic mentioned that he was planning to march in this year's Boston Pride Parade, an event that he's sadly missed out on in the past. 

Well the folks behind Boston Pride are doing him one better. They've invited Jason to be Grand Marshal of the whole damn thing!!

Facing huge controversy in the wake of embattled Army Specialist Bradley Manning being named Grand Marshal of San Francisco Pride, the organization's president Lisa L. Williams has issued a statement claiming that Manning's nomination was a "mistake" and that he was never actually named Grand Marshal.

Nice pick!! Twin Cities Gay Pride has selected Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe as the grand marshal of the 41st annual Twin Cities Gay Pride celebration, schedule for June 30.
