In a state that birthed the notorious "Don't Say Gay" nickname, Knoxville, Tennessee's Mayor Madeline Rogero stuck her neck out to support the gay community in a recent speech devoted to inclusion (and saturated with Instinct-approved sauciness directed at homophobic lawmaker Stacey Campfield).
