Tags: santa fe, new mexico, marriage equality It was an explosion of cheers last night after the Santa Fe City Council voted 5 - 3 to allow clerks to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. The vote comes on the heel of last month's revelation that New Mexico actually might already allow for marriage equality.
