Give this music video a little of your time for a better understanding of the DADT survey, put to music... (Want the gays to better comprehend an idea? put it to music!) Despite our humor and the upbeat nature of the video, what it points out -- the offensive language in the DOD's survey -- remains sickening. Enjoy!

Hilarious viral sensation (he has an appointment at the free clinic tomorrow to get that checked out) the Sassy Gay Friend has come to the aid of many heroines of the past, including Juliet and most recently, the Giving Tree. But there are pop-culture mainstays of the present that could benefit from the sassy sage's friendship, too, including:

Jessica and Hunter have been cracking us up with their irreverent antics for some time now, but it wasn’t until their amazeballs (one of the duo’s favorite terms) appearance on Logo’s New Now Next Awards that we realized we were heels over head in love. With cult-hit webisodes, LOL-bringing blogs, TV and club appearances all poking fun at Hollywood and gay cliches, Jessica and Hunter’s shtick penetrates more than just the modern-day celebrity-idolizing culture they coherently satirize. The pair took time out of a busy summer of publicity appearances, shopping and rehab to answer a few of our pressing questions via email (obvsies!).

Head to our Web Exclusives area to catch the hilar-balls interview!

Sure, it might be our second comedian-makes-fun-of-Gaga post today, but drag superstar Jackie Beat throws in something a little extra (besides what she's tucking): jabs at gays like us who may or may not blindly follow the Haus of Gaga in a parody of "Alejandro" titled "Homosexual." Leaves me in more stitches than Star Jones's stapled-stomach boasts!

It shouldn't come as a surprise that Lady Gaga is yet again on the receiving end of a Catfight of the Week, but at the hands of Jerry Seinfeld? Considering Seinfeld is a professional comedian and Gaga is a professional controversy, the aging actor's comments regarding Our Lady of the Gays' recent trips to Mets and Yankees games (that's baseball, we think) could be in the context of a joke. Still, it's pretty harsh.

"This woman is a jerk. I hate her," Seinfeld told WFAN radio. "I don't know why she's doing this stuff. I don't know what these young people think or how they promote their careers. I'm not one of these all-publicity-is-good people. People talk about you need exposure -- you could die of exposure."

"You take one 'A' off of that...

It’s sad when the caricature of you is more entertaining and effervescent than the real you, but we’re glad the other Chloë Sevigny is around to entertain; in fact, we share a few of the same plans for summer!

A religious experience on the Internet isn’t easy to come by, unless you follow Mrs. Betty Bowers. The now-ubiquitous web character first made a name for herself as a tongue-in-cheek satirist who put a magnifying glass on Christian fundamentalism, but has achieved Internet-stardom with gazillion-hit YouTube videos and a sassy, puritanical website that has disenfranchised GLBT and straight allies alike following her every Word.

Instinct couldn’t pass on an opportunity to chat with Mrs. Betty Bowers, and couldn’t believe it when she agreed to provide heathens like us with an exclusive interview, where Mrs. Bowers discusses her ministry, the virtues of designer labels and whether or not her close, personal friend Jesus believes there’s...

When Roy Ashburn came out over the weekend on a California radio show yet pledged to continue voting for and going out of his way to support anti-gay legislation, it felt like there wasn't much more the disgraced state politician could say. That is, unless he had read Chuck Klosterman's (pictured) 2009 book Eating the Dinosaur, which lays out blanket statements for public people in troubled waters. One of Klosterman's soothsaying passages was dedicated to outed gay politicians who had built their careers on anti-gay beliefs. Eerie stuff.

"I will concede that I am more confused than the average person. I've spent my entire life denying who I truly was. But my motive for that denial was political, even before I was a politician. I always believed...
