We knew it was coming, but we were excited to see how they'd tackle it! 

The folks at Saturday Night Live took on Jason Collins' coming out story last night by brilliantly sending up FOX News' coverage of the story via a "FOX & Friends" spoof.

The MLK Weekend edition of Saturday Night Live was one of the funniest of the season so far, thanks largely in part to host Jennifer Lawrence and SNL star Kate McKinnon's reproduction of Jodie Foster's Golden Globe speech. If you missed it, follow the jump to see Jodie kick, stretch and kick her way into Internet meme history. 

Jennifer Lawrence, a favorite of ours, caused a little controversy when she quoted The First Wives Club ("I beat Meryl!") at the Golden Globes after besting Meryl Streep. (We guess everyone missed the reference, meaning unlike us they're not playing The First Wives Club on a neverending loop.)

J. Law hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend and she wasted no time hilariously going after her Oscar competition in her opening monologue.

Ellen admitted she's a big fan of openly gay Saturday Night Live star Kate McKinnon's impersonation that debuted on the show last weekend, but wants to know if she "really sounds like that."  

The election provided plenty of fodder for Saturday Night Live this week, but we're happy to see that the marriage equality sweep didn't go unnoticed!

A "Gay Couple from Maine" stopped by "Weekend Update" to touch on the same-sex marriage victory with Seth Meyers and as expected, hilarity ensued.

You may be less versed in how we feel about Joseph Gordon-Levitt, but rest assured, we love him too.

This makes their “union” on last night’s Saturday Night Live all the more spectacular.

When it was announced back in February that Maya Rudolph would be hosting Saturday Night Live, one of the biggest questions was whether she'd be impersonating Whitney Houston, who'd died that same week.

As you know, a Whitney sketch didn't happen (though we did get that awesome Beyonce/Jay-Z/Blue Ivy bit!).

Kristen Wiig got a classy, tear-filled send-off on Saturday Night Live last night after seven years with the show.

We'll acknowledge that most of the tears were ours.

The sad rumor that our nomination for president, Kristen Wiig, will be dropping out of Saturday Night Live at the end of the season (which coincides with the end of her contract) was recently posed to the gorgeous funny lady herself.
