Not that we really need to ask, but which do you prefer—the poster for the ladies or the men?

Sad news coming out of Llanview. Our favorite gay couple of daytime will be leaving One Live To Live—at least for the time being—as of April. Our December 09/January 10 cover stud Scott Evans and his co-star Brett Claywell may have been popular with the GLBT community and critics alike, but apparently the storyline wasn't resonating with mainstream America, according to TV Guide.
“We are concluding the story that we set out to tell with Kyle and Fish,” says executive producer Frank Valentini. “We are very proud to have broken new ground with a same-sex couple on daytime.”
Ground was certainly broken, but now they're just breaking hearts with this news! Reps for the show, however, say that this doesn't mean the characters are... FULL STORY

Tags: kish, scott evans, kyle, officer fish, same sex, sex, scene, gay, one life to live, video, brett claywell, soaps, daytime, first Current Instinct cover stud Scott Evans put his daytime character to good use yesterday on One Life to Live, in what many are referring to as the world's first same-sex soap opera sex scene. That's right, Officer Fish and boyfriend Kyle finally decided to get it on, romantic candles included. The scene is tasteful, arriving a month after head writer Ron Carlivati expressed interest in not treating gay sex any different than he and his team would treat hetero sex on the show.
What do you think of the first daytime gay lovin' scene?
(Obviously it's not too graphic, but if you're as excited as we are to scope it out, perhaps a prudish NSFW label will come in handy)

Guess Hunky Santa has overlooked how naughty we were this year because One Life to Live head writer Ron Carlivatti has revealed that gay characters Officer Fish (played by current Instinct coverboy Scott Evans) and Kyle will have a sex scene on an upcoming episode of the daytime hit. It's just what we wanted for the holidays!
Says Jamey Giddens of Daytime Confidential, "Ron Carlivati, head writer of One Life to Live, confirmed Kyle and Fish, aka Kish, played by Brett Claywell and Scott Evans, will get the same type of love scene as the soap's straight couples. According to Carlivati, his executive producer and the network have already approved the love scene, which would be the first gay male sex scene shown on screen in daytime... FULL STORY
