Late Monday Southwest Airlines released an official statement saying that L-Word star Leisha Hailey had engaged in "excessive" and "inappropriate" behavior before being kicked off a flight. Today, via her publicist, Leisha Haley and colleague Camila Grey (Hailey was with Grey during the debacle, not ex-girlfriend Nina Garduno) have released a statement painting a different picture. On Monday, we brought you the story of L-Word actress and Uh Huh Her member Leisha Hailey claiming to be kicked off a Southwest Airline flight for kissing her girlfriend onboard. Well, the story seems to have quickly taken off (no pun intended) as the modern-day litmus for international pop-culture prominence has already been achieved with Taiwan's NMA studios has animated the story. Southwest Airlines Pilot James Fritzen Taylor, who was suspended and forced into diversity training after a lengthy rant about "grannies and gay" flight attendants, has issued a written apology for what he agrees were "truly insensitive" comments. Read Taylor's statement, after the jump.
