On a related note, some breaking DADT news: Lawyer's from Obama's DOJ are expected to file on Thursday afternoon in Riverside, CA an injunction to request a stay of Judge Virginia Phillips's ordering of the Pentagon to immediately suspend DADT enforcement. Should the request for a stay be denied, Obama's lawyers will file an emergency request with the ninth circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

We’re in the final moments leading up to Judge Walker’s expected decision on a stay in the Prop 8 saga, but already couples are lining up in San Francisco, eager to once again be legally equal under California law.

And, as we await the stay decision, expected within the hour, a live video feed has popped up out of San Francisco to fuel the excitement. As promised, we'll report Judge Walker's announcement the moment it's released.
