A newly leaked frame from an upcoming 2000 AD comic reveals that Judge Dredd may be joining our team!!

We brought you the original teaser for the CW's Arrow and while we committed to giving it a series order on our DVR, solely due to Stephen Amell's abs, we also noted that the show itself looked objectively atrocious.

Well now the CW has released a more "fleshed out" trailer that gives us a better idea of the story (and more abs) and we're thinking maybe they've got something here! 

We're not saying it's good, but we may not fast-forward through every scene that doesn't involve Amell being shortless.

Yes, we're happy that DC Comic's Alan Scott (a.k.a. the original Green Lantern) will be coming out of the closet. That said, we'd have been even more enthused if Ryan Reynolds' film incarnation, Hal Jordan, was suddenly going to be playing for our team. (That's a sequel we'd green-light!)

Still, we're easing the pain with laughter.

Industry insiders have nailed down Alan Scott, a.k.a. The (original) Green Lantern, as the major character DC Comics will out as gay next month in a reboot of the series. Details follow. 

With the deafening buzz surrounding Marvel's first wedding between two men in next month's issue of Astonishing X-Men, it only makes since for the comic book maker's PR department to amp up the noise and give fans even more to scream over. Case in point: an alternate cover image for Astonishing X-Men #51 featuring the groundbreaking wedding between Northstar and his human boyfriend Kyle has been released. We fully acknowledge that the CW's newly picked up series, Arrow, looks terrible.

With that being said, based on this 1 minute and 41 second teaser, it's also our new favorite show.
