Tags: athletes, celebrities, coming out, johnny weir, the obvious In excerpts from his upcoming memoir, Johnny Weir says that he is kind of a gay (I type with a side eye to Oprah).
"In a sexual way I'm gay, but I would marry a woman if it struck me. I don't think sex and relationships necessarily have to go together,' Johnny writes in his tome, which is previewed in People Magazine.
How do you feel about Johnny's statement? Given that it's not a shock, are you disappointed that he felt the need to make his coming out more palatable for mid-America by tempering it with the "I'll marry a woman" sentiment?
