The House of Commons passed marriage equality on Tuesday evening by a large majority! In a vote of 400 to 175 (a majority of 225), MPs have voted for same-sex civil marriage in the United Kingdom.

The real British game of thrones is about to get a lot more convoluted (and queer-er) if a new proposal from MPs comes into fruition. The plan, if enacted, would allow first born females and first born LGBT the same claim to the throne that's currently limited to straight boys.
