After a series of build-ups that puts Homeland to shame, the Supreme Court of the United States has finally made movement on the marriage equality cases demanding review. In a conference earlier today, SCOTUS took action on Edie Windsor v. United States (a DOMA case) and made movement on Hollingsworth v. Perry (the "Prop 8 Case").

H&M is taking its deification of David Beckham way past its Olympics projection stunt and giving us a new place to worship on our knees right here on U.S. soil. Starting Thursday, retail locations in S.F., L.A. and NYC will erect an 11-foot underwear clad silver Beckham statue to entice size queens into the stores.
