Any hopes of fine-tuning our Gaydar to make for less awkward moments at the gym have been dashed by a new study out of the University of Washington. 

We can see it now. For all the grown men who live in their parents' basement and play video games all day, they now have an excuse when their mom nags them to do something with their life: "Leave me alone!
