If conservatives still have concerns regarding unit cohesion and troop morale now that the U.S. military is allowing gay and lesbian soldiers to openly serve, perhaps they'll rest a little easier with the publication of this recent study. (Something tells us even facts will have little impact.)
 
A study of the Israel Defense Force (IDF), which has allowed gay and lesbian servicemembers to serve openly since 1993, reveals that that the presence of gay soldiers does not undermine unit cohesion.
