He's famously promised time and time again that he will not marry Angeline Jolie until all couples are allowed access to the right. The Obama Administration has made a few notable strides to tackle the crisis, but not enough for the ADAP Advocacy Association, which has launched a Twitter campaign to raise awareness about the emergency.
