The ever-growing gay comic market got a little pinker recently with the addition of the world's first Oz-based superhero, Friend of Dorothy. It's Wizard of Oz meets Wicked meets teenage angst, all wrapped up in a colorful 36-page book! 

Friend of Dorothy takes the beloved Wizard of Oz characters and themes and twists them into new, sometimes deadly, occasionally sexy, but always exciting modern superhero characters.

Scott-John is the star, a young teen struggling with his sexuality who, after attempting to end his life, finds himself brought back from the brink to be given the mantel of Oz's first "Official Campion on Earth"—the one being in all the universe "imbued with the strength, stamina, and righteous weapons of Oz itself!"...

Well, if they’re going to makes us wait four months for new episodes, at least they can bring in some big casting choices. After lobbying from fans, seems that Idina Menzel will in fact be joining Glee in the spring, but not at Rachel’s mother (which I agree would have been genius).

The Hollywood Reporter is saying that the Wicked Tony winner will play the glee coach to a competitive high school in a recurring role.

Now, Idina’s former Broadway co-star, Kristin Chenoweth, already did some Glee, and is said to be coming back for more, but they aren’t the only stage duo reuniting on TV. Leah Michele (Rachel) will reportedly get to play opposite her former love interest in their Broadway run, Spring Awakening, when Jonathan ...
