So we were all set to boycott Dancing With The Stars after they dismissed our beloved gay icon, Martina Navratilova, but recent nearly-nude photos of one her competitors, Cuban actor William Levy, have made that damn near impossible.

We previously reported on gay, legally married couple, Brian Willingham and Alfonso Garcia, as they fight to keep Garcia from being deported back to his native Mexico. The couple has no legal protections as a result of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

There’s now hopeful news. Today, a federal immigration court judge in San Francisco put Garcia’s deportation proceeding on hold.
