Marriage equality's historic success at the ballot box this past November could directly impact how the U.S. Supreme Court decides to rule in the two marriage equality cases that they've chosen to review.

That's at least the opinion held by conservative commentator George Will.

See what he has to say about how the marriage equality victories could influence the Court after the jump!

A trailer for EastSiders, the Silverlake set web series following a gay couple dealing with the aftermath of infidelity, has just been released and we're definitely intrigued.

It doesn't hurt that it's starring Van Hansis, one half of As The World Turns' (R.I.P.) groundbreaking gay couple, Luke and Noah!

Did you know Wendy Williams has a Ph.D. in English? We didn't, either!

Apparently, not winning Merriam-Webster's Word of the Year with the intelligence-soaked "Howyoudurrrrrrin" has provoked Wendy into critiquing others' elocution and education.

So, what jaw-dropping jab does Wendy get in at Bey?

Updated Tuesday 4:40 p.m. PST

Following Monday's ruling, on Tuesday a second federal judge ruled against a similar injuntion requested by the Liberty Counsel and the National Assocation for Research and Therapy (NARTH). Unlike Judge William Shubb, Judge Kimberly J. Mueller found that California's ban on "ex-gay" therapy does not infringe upon the First Amendment rights of ex-gay therapists or the parents sending their children into reparative therapy.

If you were hoping to see Britney bitch bust out some limp wristed choreo in the just released video for the club stomping "Scream and Shout," you'll be sorely disappointed. The moments she's not using every muscle in her body to keep her 400 lbs. of hair high above her head are devoted to showing off will.i.am's widely panned new line of phone and camera accessories.

Check out "Scream and Shout" after the jump to see what we're talking about.

We've gotta thank our friends at Huff Po for directing us to our biggest laugh of the day. The website Letters Of Note has unearthed an awesome piece of correspondence between ex-gay former Focus On The Family member, Mike Haley and Will & Grace Story Editor, Jon Kinnally.

In the June 2000 letter, Haley takes Kinally to task for an episode of Will & Grace that mocked the ex-gay movement (an ex-gay leader was memorably portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris).

Check out Haley's complaint and Kinnally's awesome response after the jump!

Gay men have already threatened straight men with the consequences they'll have to endure if they don't support marriage equality (and the straight male response implied that they weren't exactly quaking in their boots).

Well, not to be counted out, the lesbians have chimed in--and they're taking one for the team as well.

Our sapphic sisters have some tough words for straight women: "Gay women will marry your boyfriends."

Yeah, we had a tough time buying that one too, but their argument is sound. Check it out after the jump!

Anyone who's ever uttered Wendy Williams' mythical "How you doin?" catchphrase may have questioned the origin of the phrase.

No? Just us?

In either case, it didn't--as rumored--come from Wendy's encounter with a drag queen. Ms. Williams fills us in (and gives us her real opinion on Halle Berry) after the jump!
