In a new study by David M. Barnes, a doctoral candidate at Columbia University and Ilan H. Meyer, PhD, Senior Scholar for Public Policy at the Williams Institute, data reportedly shows Latino and black lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) men and women are more religious than White LGBs. But the researchers also say that this finding has a correlation between higher incidences of internalized homophobia within gay communities of color.

The massively successful Modern Family is arguably the unexpected heir-apparent to Will & Grace, at least when it comes to bring gay characters into the living rooms of Americans in such a funny way that the audience seemingly looks beyond their sexual orientation.

One of the show's stars, Ty Burrell spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about how Modern Family is changing the hearts and minds with a "banality" that happens to be "revolutionary."

Fresh off the tepid reception of his Saturday Night Live season opener, Seth MacFarlane is set to parlay his live TV abilities to the biggest award stage of the year as host of the Academy Awards. 

Marriage equality cases involving DOMA and Prop 8 were not included on the first roster of cases the Supreme Court has decided to take up this session. 

While it may be getting a little less press than that other "gay comedy" debuting this fall (that Ryan Murphy certainly knows how to court controversy!), we're no less excited about Max Mutchnick and David Kohan's new show, Partners, which kicks off tonight on CBS!

Mutchnick and Kohan, the creators of Will & Grace, are bringing us a show that's loosely based on their own relationship as gay and straight business partners. 

That we also get a gay couple comprised of Michael Urie and Brandon Routh is purely a bonus! Urie spoke to Zap2it about the show and we've got highlights after the jump!

We were less than pleased when Days of Our Lives had their lead gay male character, Will Horton, sleeping with a girl, but it looks like things may be getting back on track now that Will's hooking up with sexy Sonny.
