JoeMyGod shines the light on a law passed in the shadows last month in Indiana that has managed to avoid headlines. Until now.

Senate Bill SB52 was signed by Gov. Mitchell Daniels in mid-March to allow for the HIV testing of individuals without their consent. LGBT groups are finally helping it pierce the 24-hour news cycle to give it the attention it deserves. Details follow.
