Apparently Arrow's Colton Haynes "can't sleep"–at least according to this Instagram selfie he posted yesterday. 

Any ideas on how to tire him out?

    I'd suggest he doesn't use all the hair products he has been using before taking this obvious staged picture.

  3. Colton is absolutely amazing

    Colton is absolutely amazing and I love Arrow.  However, I can tell you that nothing can change your good looks faster than night after night of no extended sleep.

    Get your doctor to write you an RX for either Ambien – generic = Zolpidem 10 mg.

    For some people it takes something a little stronger.  That would be Halcion – generic = Triazolam 0.25 mg. (This one can be habit forming after just a few weeks.)

    I was Colton's age once and that's when my insomnia began.  I was wildly successful in business and I had more offers to do deals than I could process.  The prospect of which project to do next kept my mind racing most of the night.  I would finally fall asleep around 5 AM and have to get up in 2 hours.

    I'll bet that Colton is experiencing much of the same thing.  This will work and just know that millions of Americans can't sleep without some kind of sleep aid.  I know this will work, but you have to experiment.  If you stay out late and have to be up in 2 – 3 hours, don't take these pills.  Allow for 6 – 7 hours sleep when you take these pills and NEVER take them on top of alcohol as they might keep you asleep for 10 hours or more.  All the best……….

    I have some GREAT ways to get Mr. Haynes to sleep. 😉

    I know most actors would probably never consider themselves perfect but whenever I look at him I see perfection.  This young man is as beautiful as he is talented!!
