RuPaul's Drag Race season 6 winner Bianca Del Rio will have a ton of meat surrounding her on October 21st that isn't just, as her Judge Judy character would say, "BOLOGNA!" (or BALONEY in certain scenarios).
The drag legend is set to take the stage as host for the 2nd annual Str8UpGayPorn Awards on October 21st. It will take place at historic nightclub Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. The show has now officially gone bi-coastal, as the first one was held at Stage 48 in the heart of New York City back in June of 2017.
Last year's event (which I happily attended) drew a very impressive crowd that went beyond gay porn-related folks that lived in the states. Zachary Sire, who runs Str8UpGayPorn, was able to get some international talent to the Big Apple that night which included several of the BelAmi boys from Europe.
It was hosted by NYC native Sandra Bernhard and featured the talents of several RuPaul's Drag Race stars including Trinity Taylor, Detox and Shangela. Some of the nights biggest winners were Austin Wilde, Bruce Beckham, Blake Mitchell and Chi Chi LaRue. No doubt this year's will be just as exciting.
