Conservative Christian Pastor Calls For All Gays to be Killed by Christmas

Conservative Christian Pastor Steven Anderson is back at it again, this time around calling for an execution of all gays by Christmas of this year.  How lovely.

He echoed something similar three years ago, saying that it would be an AIDS Free Christmas if all the gays were killed.

Steven is a pastor who resides in Tempe, Arizona, where he delivered a sermon at his church stating that gays need to be put to death in the name of God by Christmas Day in an effort to wipe out AIDS, although it's a very well known fact by now that AIDS is not gay-exclusive.  Here's what he said:

"Turn to Leviticus 20:13, because I actually discovered the cure for AIDS. If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them. And that, my friend, is the cure for AIDS. It was right there in the Bible all along — and they’re out spending billions of dollars in research and testing. It’s curable — right there. Because if you executed the homos like God recommends, you wouldn’t have all this AIDS running rampant."

He then went on a tirade about how gays would never be allowed in his church (Not really sure any would want to).

“No homos will ever be allowed in this church as long as I am pastor here,” Anderson declared. “Never! Say ‘You’re crazy.’ No, you’re crazy if you think that there’s something wrong with my ‘no homo’ policy.”

Steven has been an incredibly controversial figure over the years, especially in the rising anti-LGBT movement.  He was banned from entering South Africa in late 2016 because of his hate, as well as calling the massacre at Pulse Orlando "good news."

Why hasn't he be arrested for his incredibly hate-filled speech as of yet?  That's the question many of us want answered.

  1. i think he protests too much….i’d bet he sucks dick in his down time and takes it in the ass and feels guilty about being gay…..so he hates others because they get to be their authentic self and he doesn’t…..we’ve all seen this before, i.e., ARRON SHOCK, etc…………..anderson is using his hate as a deflection.

  2. God don’t make no junk!

God don’t make no junk!  LGBTQI are Born this way, and proud of their genetics being embraced.

And ignorance is a choice. Living in Africa HIV/AIDS is a heterosexual disease with truckers having stopovers and enroute unprotected sex with female prostitutes, then infecting their wives at home. African gays have the lowest HIV rate.   It is ignorance that a man chooses, this pastor is a self defining fool.

Thou Shalt Not Kill.   OK since he wants 30 million gays killed in the USA then by law he would be excommunicated.  The Dalai Lama says a Buddhist who kills is no longer a Buddhist.  A Christian or Muslim who kills is no longer a Christian or Muslim.

There is 235 animal species that are also accepting of homosexuality.   Lion, penguins, giraffes, rhinos, birds, dogs, … are we going to kill all of them, as well?  Me thinks Ms Closet Gay Pastor doeth protest too much.  Most ignorant and stupid posting of 2017!

Glad we know the church not to go to celebrating the birth of the Christ, unconditional love who never made a comment about human sexuality.  New Testament is about loving, accepting, healing and redemption through no longer judging self and others.

Christ Said, Love thy neighbour as thyself.  The Buddha said, Self and other are one.   So Spirituality is clearly about purification of fear, hate, jealousy, anger and discrimination.

Pity the Pastor who is in hell already.  He has a chance to atone or be caught in a bus station bathroom with making whoopy with another cop/guy.  The harder they scream, the lower they fall.

  3. This man’s Terroristic Hate

This man's Terroristic Hate Speech, calling for the violence and murder of gays, is considered 'Free Speech?'
What kind of speech would it be, if someone encouraged marginalized people to attack and murder alt-right Trump supporters?…Or Bigoted pasters?
Neither examples are 'Free Speech' issues. Its flat out home-grown TERRORISM! Those who live by the sword deserve to die by the same sword!

  5. Actually, Johndoe, hate

Actually, Johndoe, hate speech IS covered by the First Amendment. In fact it could be argued that the very purpose of the First Amendment is to protect the rights of others to say things that you intensely dislike, disagree with, and that might deeply offend you.. In order to not to be protected by the First Amendment you have to directly and specifically threaten to do criminal harm to an identifiable individual entity, or a group that can be defined as an entity, and your threat has to be couched in very specific terms indeed that have been legally defined by the Supreme Court. SCOTUS has ruled in this way and has consistently refused to revisit those rulings. The general, non-specific nonsense spouted by this so-called Christian pastor is protected speech under the First Amendment – as, indeed, it should be – and as many of the vitriolic posts about the pastor's stupid ideas also are. Free speech cuts both ways: if you have it then he has it also. The only answer to ridiculous assertions by ludicrously under-educated so-called pastors is more speech, and that further speech should, and must, forcefully refute nonsensical faith assertions that are profoundly anti-Christian in their nature with rational and logical arguments.

  6. I don’t think this is even

I don't think this is even worth covering. Stories like this do nothing other than fuel his hate; we got bigger things to deal with than small-minded, bigots who enjoy getting slammed and DP'd a few times a week.

  9. First of all he failed his

First of all he failed his pastoral mission, second he failed as pastor and third he failed as man because killing people for him is normal but i want to underline 33 times that God has forbidden to kill another human person and to do any bad act.

    In other words he must be F I R E D ! ! !

  10. Hiding behind religion gives

Hiding behind religion gives you free reign to threaten people. That's why I'm a devout believer in the Fuck Steve Anderson religion. If you open the Book of Bullshit, you'll see we can prevent assholes from running rampant by repeatedly punching Steve Anderson in the face every time he speaks.

    • Hate speech actually isn’t

Hate speech actually isn't covered by the First Amendment so this pastor isn't the only one who is ignorant….

  14. Religion should not be an

Religion should not be an excuse to let psychopaths have speech where they call for the killing of people. That is a line that should be crossed and something tht should not be tolerated.

  16. Clearly he is mistaken, this

Clearly he is mistaken, this only applies to bi-sexual males, as it clearly states.  "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman," If you never lie with a woman, you have no problem.

  18. Conservatives are happy to

Conservatives are happy to have the support of far right sorts. They never call them out as being too extreme on anything. Alex Jones has White House press credentials, after all. So calling Anderson is perfectly appropriate.
