The Georgia Native collaborated with TOPPS to create a limited edition trading card with his handsome face splashed across it. You can purchase it here.

TOPPS created the card to celebrate Lil Nas’ incredible achievements this past year. The back of the card mentions his song “Old Town Road” (featuring Billy Ray Cyrus) becoming the longest-running number one single in Billboard Hot 100 history, a feat that previously belonged to the tracks “One Sweet Day” (Mariah Carey & Boyz II Men) and “Despacito (Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber) at sixteen weeks apiece.

“OTR” hit nineteen weeks at number one on Monday, August 12. Lil Nas, 20, also holds the record for the longest-running number one single by an openly gay male after he bested Elton John‘s “Candle In The Wind 1997” on Monday, July 15. The Princess Diana tribute song was number one for fourteen weeks in late 1997/early 1998.

Fans poked fun at Lil Nas’ partnership with TOPPS, with some being hopeful that he himself could be their “top.”

“Will you be partnering with bottoms too?” one joked. “I thought you were verse,” another chimed in.

Lil Nas will be finishing his August off with a bang (no pun intended) at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards on Monday, August 26, where he will be performing his new track “Panini.” He is also up for eight awards that evening including Best New Artist and Video of the Year.
