Former porn star Matthew Rush is in trouble with the law again.
Here's the back story on all his issues. Matthew was first arrested back in September for possession/use of drug paraphernalia & possession of methamphetamine. Then in November, his charge was reduced to a misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Then, he was arrested for a third time. Reason being was the subsequent court date notices to resolve the misdemeanor charges were not responded by him, and a capias warrant for his arrest was issued for him earlier for him in January. Police caught up with Matthew (real name Greg Grove) in Florida and re-arrested him. His latest mug shot is posted above.
Now, Str8UpGayPorn is reporting that Matthew did not appear at his court date last week, and a new warrant was issued for his arrest on Valentine’s Day. That arrest has not been made as of yet at post time. This technically would be his fourth arrest since September of last year.
