The popular ‘Bad Boy’ web series is back with a new episode of the funny yet curiously ambiguous relationship between Scott (Artie O’Daly) and ‘bad boy,’ BJ (Braden Davis).
After BJ helps Scott move a new couch into his apartment, Scott expresses his thanks, “I’m so glad I ran into you, I have no idea how I would’ve gotten this inside.”
“Well, I’ve been following you for a while, so I was glad to finally have a reason to talk to you,” replies BJ.
What???
It turns out BJ is curious if Scott has any regrets in life?
Other than an ABBA concert his missed when he was an infant, Scott’s pretty ok it seems.
The issue at hand seems to be BJ is thinking about doing porn.
Scott: “Why do you want to do porn?”
BJ: “A – I’d be awesome at it… obviously…”
Scott: “Obviously…”
BJ: “And G – I just want my family to be proud.”
Scott: “I think you’ve got it reversed…”
Scott tries to steer BJ toward some other type of achievement or goal, but BJ’s only other idea is doing a ‘daddy/son’ porn video with Scott.
What???
Scott isn’t quite down with that, and encourages BJ to not worry about how others view him and “just do ‘you.’”
“Oh, you mean, like a solo thing…?”
O’Daly’s writing is crisp and sharp, and his direction finds the perfect tempo to pull off the style of comedy he’s going for here.
