A 21-year-old college student from Beaufort, South Carolina is facing 15 felony and misdemeanor charges after he ran around naked and broke into buildings on Saturday.

According to Island Packet, Clemson University student Luke Carter Owens is currently in the Oconee County Detention Center for charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and battery, third-degree criminal sexual conduct, indecent exposure and assault of a law enforcement officer.

According to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, Owens broke into an apartment and hotel early Saturday morning in Walhalla while nude. The police first received a 4:36 a.m. report about Owens disturbing the area outside of Epoch Apartment Complex. Once they arrived, the police were told by a male resident that Owens entered the building after beating on a door. The arrest warrant says Owns broke a computer desk chair and vacuum while attempting to break down the apartment’s interior door. The damage amounts to less than $2,000.

Owens then assaulted the man by slapping the resident. The man then says Owens attempted to sexually assault him before fleeing the scene. No further details of the incident were given and the victim’s identity was withheld for privacy reasons.

But Owens exploits only started there, according to the Charlotte Observer. While investigating the apartment incident, other police officers were alerted to a physical and sexual assault situation at the nearby True by Hilton hotel on Clemson Boulevard. There, Owens, still nude, slapped a female victim. The victim then says he ordered her to perform oral sex as he fondled himself. During the arrest, Owens also kicked a deputy in the chest and face, thus leading to the last of his multiple offenses.

Again, the 21-year-old college student is still in custody. The date of his hearing has yet to be determined.
