Jake Resnicow’s First Post World Pride Event Takes You Into Another Dimension

He managed to have over 30,000 people converge on the Jacob Javits Center, raising over a half a million dollars (that was to donated to GLAAD, The Trevor Project and LIFEbeat). One would think that producer extraordinaire Jake Resnicow would want a bit of a break, but he’s instead taking on a new endeavor that is truly multi-dimensional. On Saturday November 23rd, he is featuring the World’s First 5D nightclub experience at ZeroSpace!

The Opening Night of Manhattan’s newest monthly party has Resnicow teaming up with ZeroSpace to create the World’s First 5D Nightclub. The sleek, futuristic 25,000 sq.ft. playground combines bleeding-edge technological art for the first time, along with immersive theater.

Finding inspiration from the always intriguing and stimulating visuals of the Burning Man festival, Resnicow exclusively says “I’ve always look to create fully immersive experiences that incorporate all five senses. Prepare to be amazed!”

The music at the event is going to be almost as eclectic and eye poppingly stunning as the visuals all around. Sydney’s DJ Kitty Glitter will be spinning alongside NYC’s Joe Pacheco, taking you on a musical journey with high-energy vocals that span decades from classics and disco to pop and house.

Guests are free to explore the mega-venue’s five immersive rooms throughout the evening. The Main Room is fully video-mapped w/ Sound by Global Audio. There are five rooms of sensory experiences, and ten massive technology-driven installations. Guests can lay down inside the infinite sprawl of the Laser Forest or dig their hands into the world’s largest Augmented Reality Sandbox. Feel free to lose yourself in the one hundred and fifty animations of Parastella, a 20-ft LED sculpture direct from Burning Man! You may want to blast off in another dimension inside the 30-ft Geodesic Dome, or possibly engage with six interactive LED screens that mirror your body movements with reality-bending animations!
