A gym in New York City will be offering nude workout sessions beginning in 2018: one for men, one for women, and one that is co-ed.

The gym is called Hanson Fitness, which has a pretty great reputation given that some of its clientele include major celebrities like Tom Cruise and Rihanna to name a few.

The studio says the class will be a “total body” workout (no pun intended), using your body weight as resistance to blast your glutes, legs, core, and more.

“Our approach makes sure our members get and stay in the absolute best shape, and our new naked personal fitness sessions are no exception,” studio owner Harry Hanson revealed to the Daily News. “[It] brings with it a range of fitness and health benefits and allows our members to have a little cheeky fun in the process!”

Harry insists that working out in the buff has its benefits, such as increasing your range of motion, body awareness, and endorphins, and keeps you cooler while you work up a sweat.

Would you consider doing a nude workout in 2018?

Well, in Grecian times they trained naked. As a matter of fact "gymnasium" means "the place where men train naked" although a little detail not to ignore is that the gymnasium and gym culture are homosexual achievements since most men who exalted physicality were men attracted to men. The gymnasium was full on same-sex eroticism and even sex. There is a close bond between physicality and sex. Men competing, men admiring each other's sexy attributes, men encouraging each other to achieve the strongest and sexiest shape they could.

I don't think that gym aspire to this form of appreciation and then it is not like you are only going to see sexy bodies…

But there is sexiness in not showing it all off too. Something to the imagination is very appealing. That's why, I think, those tight spandex are becoming so popular today. You don't show explicitly but the spandex lets you see some of it.

Yes. Doing workouts in the nude is natural. The original Olympians did it. Being unencumbered helps the body move naturally. I'm planning ot take naked yoga classes, which I've taken before. It isn't what the body looks like, it's allowing your body to sweat and breathe naturally as you take care of it.
