President Barack Obama basically cock blocked a NYC man on his way to a hook-up.
Daniel Provencio was bicycling through the streets of the Big Apple blaring "Call Me Maybe" through his headphones when he was abruptly stopped by NYC cops as they halted him from crossing in front of the President's motorcade. TMZ reported that Provencia was on his way to a hook-up, but didn't elaborate which app / site he used. I wanted to know!
Looks like the cop in the helmet needed to exert some of his testosterone. I don't think the roughness was necessary to sedate this stunned 59 yr old man who had more important things on his mind.
The Daily News is questioning the NYPD’s tactics:
A cop grabbed Provencio and knocked him off the bike onto the ground, then fell to the ground himself. A helmeted cop roughly grabbed Provencio’s arm and twisted it behind his back. Cops rolled Provencio over until he was face down, stuck a knee in his back and cuffed him as a Secret Service agent walked over to observe. Obama’s motorcade rolled past during the arrest. Provencio did not appear to be resisting during the encounter. He was issued a summons for disorderly conduct, police said. – towleroad.com
