Video creator Michael Korte is at it again, and this time he has enlisted the help of Pose sensation MJ Rodriguez.
Youtuber and video producer Michael Korte has created several fun and creative videos that cover a plethora of classic songs. This includes his video HAM4BEY in which he combined the music of Hamilton and Beyoncé, and his Lady Gaga and Rent mashup titled GAGA4RENT.
But Korte’s latest video, which you can watch below, is the rendition of a single song and that is “Home” from Broadway classic The Wiz.
In this One Take video, Pose star MJ Rodriguez sings the Broadway hit on her own. This is a different take from what fans are used to as Rodriguez originally sang the song, to great acclaim, with the help of Billy Porter on the FX series.
The video was filmed by Baxter Stapleton, and Rodriguez sings with musical accompaniment by guitarist Angelica Vicens and pianist Valerie Tambaoan.
