Billy Eichner Wants to Glam Up the Midterm Elections!

More times than we’d like to admit, we OD on media and are consumed by reality television, award shows, sporting events, etcetera etcetera. Maybe it’s because the news can be a downer. We are so tired of seeing how society has crumbled and we have to witness mass shootings, homelessness rise, and worse, the guy in the White House talk out of his SH*THOLE consistently. But one thing that we shouldn’t forget is that it is our civic duty to exercise our right to vote. Look what happened the last time?

So—to make voting enticing enough for everyone to mail those ballots in or go to their polling place this November 6th, Billy Eichner has created a campaign Glam Up the Midterms, to show that the Midterm Elections are the biggest event of the year—move over Oscars and Super Bowl!

Join by Andy Cohen, Sarah Silverman, Jimmy Kimmel, Chelsea Handler, Seth Meyers, Conan O’Brien, John Oliver, Robin Thede, James Corden, and more, Eichner is targeting the large percentage of millenials who didn’t vote in the last midterms in hope that they will make a change in congress. The areas that they are focusing on are the states that have close races such as Texas-23, Pennsylvania-7, and Virginia-10.
