Carrie Bradshaw Turns Down a Cosmopolitan for Beer in New Super Bowl Commercial

Sarah Jessica Parker's role of Carrie Bradshaw on Sex and the City was known for many things, one being her choice of drink: a Cosmopolitan.

That character has come back to life, briefly, in a new Super Bowl commercial for Stella Artois. Carrie is seen, in her true fashion form, entering a restaurant that she's known at as the host happily welcomes her back.

As if that isn't enough, the SATC music is playing in the background. Cue Big (Chris Noth) anyone? Nope, but another iconic character does wind up sitting next to her in the clip.

Carrie sits down and orders a Stella Artois as opposed to her Cosmopolitan, which shocks everyone there. Then Jeff Bridges legendary character The Dude from The Big Lebowski stumbles in and orders the same thing as opposed to what he's known to drink… a White Russian.

He then sits down next to Carrie, who compliments him on her choice of drink. The title for the ad is "Change Up The Usual," which perfectly fits with the message that the beer company is trying to convey.

This will more than likely not be any indication that Carrie and co are actually going to do Sex and the City 3, as she officially shot down those rumors in the beginning of 2018 and the alleged script idea was leaked about a couple of months ago.

Here's to hoping though.
