High fashion photographer Mert Atlas shared a glimpse at what’s to come, including several gorgeous shots of Madonna living a country life with her children in Portugal, and savoring the local nightlife.

Madonna moved to Lisbon last year along with her six children. She lives a slower-paced life there—in a palace.

The cover of the mag features Madonna in a black shoulder-less dress and hat gazing at the sky. The title of the issue is “Just One Day Out of Life,” quoting one of the Queen’s most iconic hits. The caption of this image on Instagram reads:

"Countdown to release of our August issue! #JustOneDayOutOfLife We celebrate a legend Madonna Find out about the new life in Lisbon of the Queen of Pop, through #mertandmarcus @mertatkas @macpiggott 's exclusive photographs and an interview by @xercxescook.”

And then there’s a dark image of Madonna with a horse, calling to mind the imagery of the first “Equestrian” act of the Confessions Tour.
