Ryan Rose, who has been one of the more popular gay porn stars to emerge in the 2010 decade, announced on his Twitter yesterday that he is retiring from the industry.
"That’s it I am no longer a porn star," he captioned. "Maybe I was the last real 1 who knows Now it’s time 4 some serious soul searching Time 2 find my place in this big beautiful world Thanks every1 who has been apart of this adventure 4 the past 7 years. I love you all. Now 4 the next chapter."
Ryan has created quite the career for himself while in the gay porn industry. He started out on Sean Cody under the stage name "Pierce" before changing his name and becoming a Falcon studios exclusive with over 60 titles to his name.
He has also won several awards over his career, including The Grabbys for which he is nominated once again at next weekend. He's even gotten himself in some pretty hilarious Twitter wars over the year, notably one with Dolf Dietrich over a top 10 list that Instinct Magazine created last year.
He's received much support from his fans since announcing his retirement yesterday.
