Although he didn't pull out a win for Best Actor in a Comedy Series on Will & Grace, Sean Hayes did wind up bringing quite the adorable accessory with him for the night at the Screen Actors Guild awards: his husband Scott Icenogle.
Sean and Scott made their first major red carpet appearance at the awards last night, where Sean was the only person from W&G to be nominated at the annual ceremony. He sadly lost to William H. Macy, but looked thrilled to have his partner there with him to cheer him on.
The two were together for eight years before getting officially married back in 2014. Scott, who is a Los Angeles based music and producer, shared an unbelievably sweet message to his husband on Twitter last night after the show was over.
"It was such an incredible night tonight with hubby @seanhayes at the #sagawards. I couldn’t be more proud of him and the overwhelming accolades he is receiving," he captioned. Awe!
Sean echoed similar sentiments on his journey back to the red carpet as Will & Grace has become a smash hit yet again for NBC.
