Within 3 hour of the Justice League's extended trailer released, it's gained over 7 million views. That is insane! Everyone is pumped for this movie and I'm right there with them!

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that we're getting either of DC Comics ultimate big-bads, Brainiac or Darkseid yet. Instead, Ciaran Hinds takes the role of Steppenwolf as the film's main villain. Can we all agree that a superhero movie is only great if the antagonist is completely bad ass?! It looks like we're in for a treat! Steppenwolf appears ruthless and unhinged!

Not only do we get to see more of Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman kicking butt, but it appears she's going to take a huge role in the film. With the extreme success of the Wonder Woman stand alone film, it makes sense to put her at the forefront! Female representation, yes!

Ezra Miller, who identifies as Queer, is really making me wet throughout the trailer. He's hilarious, handsome, and I won't lie, it touches my gay heart that we have a man who is attracted to men on the screen as one of our favorite superheroes, Flash!

Additionally, can we please all stop speculating that superhero Green Lantern is making a surprise appearance. While there will definitely be Green Lanterns in the film, it is clearly announced that they were all wiped out by Steppenwolf. At the end of the trailer, Batman's butler is certainly talking to Superman in his glorious return!

The official premise of the film:

"Months after the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and inspired by Superman's apparent sacrifice for humanity, Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince assemble a team of meta-humans consisting of Barry Allen, Arthur Curry, and Victor Stone to face the catastrophic threat of Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons, who are on the hunt for three Mother Boxes on Earth."

How excited are you to see the best of DC Comics superheroes on screen together?!
