That is what is going down this Wednesday, when Adrian De Berardinis (The Bear-Naked Chef), Chef Art Smith (James Beard Award-winner) and Joe Germanotta (restaurateur and all-around amazing dude) will be hosting an incredible culinary event called … & the 3 Bears” Restaurant Takeover at Joanne Trattoria in the Upper West Side of New York City.

For those of you who are unaware of these three men, let me catch you up. Adrian De Berardinis has been a successful internet personality for several years due to his wildly popular YouTube series THE BARE-NAKED CHEF. Here, he makes delicious meals in pretty much nothing but an apron and has welcomed several celebrities to cook alongside of him in the process. He recently introduced a series called Quickies, where the concept of it is simple: how to create quick and delicious recipes for any kind of date you are on.

Chef Art Smith has developed an incredible culinary career for himself as well. The openly gay chef has cooked for some of the biggest names in the world, from entertainment to politics, and has appeared on a variety of television shows including Top Chef and A Very Gaga Thanksgiving back in 2011.

Joe Germanotta's restaurant Joanna Tratoria has been open for several years now and is considered an Italian institution in The Big Apple. This coming Wednesday, all three men are coming together for a night filled with food, drink and an important purpose.

They are hosting two separate seatings, one at 7-9PM and the other from 9-11PM, where a custom 4-course meal will be prepared by Adrian and Chef Art. What's even better is that a portion of the proceeds will go to the Born This Way Foundation, which was founded seven years ago by Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta. The foundation itself aims to inspire youth and build better communities.

If you find yourself in the New York City area on Wednesday night, and want to be part of something very special, then this is the place to be. For more information on how you can buy tickets, you can call Joanne Trattoria at 212-721-0068.
