It was a good night to be gay at the 2019 Creative Arts Emmy Awards on Saturday, September 14.

The Fab 5 (Karamo Brown, Tan France, Jonathan Van Ness, Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk) helped Queer Eye net Outstanding Structured Reality Program for a second year in the row. The show also picked up Outstanding Casting For A Reality Program. All of the boys were on hand during night one of the two-part ceremony at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles in their fiercest of looks.

RuPaul’s Drag Race and its host RuPaul, 58, scored big on Saturday evening as well. The long-running series took home Outstanding Hairstyling (Hector Pocasangre) and Outstanding Costumes (Zaldy Goco for RuPaul, Art Conn for Michelle VIsage). Former RPDR contestant Delta Work (Gabriel Villarreal) won the Hairstyling Emmy in 2018 alongside Hector.

RuPaul also won his fourth consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Host. He now ties Jeff Probst of Survivor for the most wins in this category.

RuPaul’s Drag Race alumna Nina West and Brooke Lynn Hytes were two of the many celebs at the star-studded ceremony on Saturday night. They posed with television legend Lisa Kudrow and social media superstar Kim Kardashian while there.

RPDR is up for Outstanding Reality Competition Series at the Primetime Emmy Awards. They won for the first time ever last year, besting past winners including The Voice and Top Chef.  The ceremony will air on Fox next Sunday.
