The 38-year-old has also been honored outside the show, winning the 2018 Human Rights Campaign Visibility Award for his efforts in helping strengthen and solidify the rights of our LGBTQ brethren.

Looks like things will keep getting better for him, as Karamo just made an exciting announcement while in Japan.

“Hey friends, exciting news… I’m going on tour and we’ve just announced the first 5 cities… Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Glenside and Austin!,” he wrote on Instagram. “This tour is designed to give you the tools to help you get the life you deserve!”

It would make sense that Karamo would do this given how he’s a culture and lifestyle expert on Queer Eye. His advice and guidance has helped many of the show’s subjects better their lives as a result, and this tour appears to be doing the same thing only in a much bigger arena.

Several other LGBTQ celebrities, notably television host James Vaughn, commended Karamo on his latest venture. “Yessssss friend. So proud of you!” James wrote.
