Apparently, things got pretty softcore adult on the Lawless set.
In his recent appearance on popular YouTube series Hot Ones, where celebrities are interviewed while eating increasingly hotter chicken wings, Shia LaBeouf spoke about his past acting experiences. And one interesting anecdote the Peanut Butter Falcon star shared was the time he and Tom Hardy got into a “cutey wrestling match.” Only, without their clothes…
The two got bored while filming the 2012 film Lawless. And while there’s a rumor out there that LaBeouf knocked out Hardy, LaBeouf says it didn’t go down that way.
“We used to wrestle all the time. He was a big fucking person, especially then, he was getting ready for Bane,” said LaBeouf. “It just so happened that, this one week, my girlfriend was in town and he runs into the room. The girl I was with at the time was terrified. She covered up and she ran into the kitchen and he picked me up and I didn’t have nothing on so now I’m naked on his shoulder. We’re in the hallway, we’re wrestling around.”

According to LaBeouf, there was a guy named Peanut that filmed the whole thing. And we hope that wherever he is, Peanut is uploading the video right now.
But again, LaBeouf insists that he didn’t do well in the fight.
“I got upset about it, because [Tom] got the better of me. But I’m in some weird, twisty naked position,” he continued. “My shits over here and his shits over here, and I’m like ‘ugh, don’t.'”
“We wound up inching over to where the stairs were and he fell down the stairs. He wound up hurting his back. For the rest of the shoot, he told everybody I knocked him out but that wasn’t the case.”
But that’s only one of the stories from the interview. Plus, there’s the whole hot wing challenge part too. And let’s be honest, Shia did not fare well in that fight either.
