Jesse Wellens is dedicated to his art and after seeing the video below, you will agree for Halloween he has become art. Yes, he's dressed up as a comic book character, but with help from his friends, he brings the Silver Surfer to life. I'm not sure this is truly a prank that belongs on Jesse's YouTube channel PrankvsPrank but what we are sure of, New Yorkers didn't mind the traffic jams he may have caused while riding around on his board.
Not only is this sexy, but I like said, it's truly art in motion.
