Well I have a worse one than no reply,
I was seeing this guy through a social media site, and everything is cool.
We were together for about two months and the next thing I know I’m blocked by him, no explanation or anything.
To this day I still don’t know what happened, I mean why would you be like that? We were calling each other boyfriend and using the L word which is huge for me.
I mean unless you are fully committed to me, DON’T TELL ME YOU LOVE ME.
I think that I would have rather gotten the no reply , I mean you just don’t play games with people’s minds, emotions, feelings. You just don’t know what that will do to someone else.

    • There are assholes out there.

There are assholes out there. What they get out of treating people like shit, I do not know. Hopefully you have gotten over it or will do that soon. I have just lost the past 1 1/2 years to a lying piece of…

So my advice is observe how a guy treats you. Some men can lie easily, so instead of listening to their words, "listen" to their actions:)

  5. Maybe I am old-fashioned, but

Maybe I am old-fashioned, but meeting someone over coffee and tea in public to see if there is any chemistry or if there are any red flags about him would be a better. You are face to face with him in a public space where you can find a way to end the meeting with him with an excuse if you are feeling uneasy about him.  Once the guy is in your home and something goes very wrong with him, it might not be quite so easy to get rid of that guy plus he then knows where you live.

  6. That was a real quick move..

That was a real quick move.. give it a minute before you try to jump all on him..  You make yourself desperate looking..  things fall into place once you get to have fun together.  After all that's what all the gay porn sites are for "quick hook ups"..

  7. It’s the worst feeling.

It's the worst feeling. Thankfully it hasn't happened all that often 😉  I think it's the anxiety of potential rejection that makes finding a sexual connection even more fun.

  9. That guy is cute and you

That guy is cute and you totally blew it. What are you going to do instead? Hang out with your cat and play video games?

  10. I prefer someone tells me if
I prefer someone tells me if he’s not attracted to me, especially in a “written” context like in hookup sites, than someone who doesn’t reply at all. No reply is the worst.
