Writer and actor Jeffery Self tied the knot with partner Augustus Prew over the weekend at the Smog Shoppe in Culver City, California. The two sported beautiful and unique suits by Mr. Turk.

The two have been dating for some time and were engaged on January 8, 2017 after a hike to the location where they had their first date.

 

So today I proposed to the love of my life @jefferyself who has made me the happiest man alive. I fell in love with him the moment I saw him- I know it sounds ridiculous, but I really did. I proposed to him on the same hike I took him on for our first date where he explained to me that in important times in his life, there is always orange peel on the floor… weird you say? Not as weird as the fact that as we reached the summit on our first date, the ground was COVERED in orange peel. The universe had spoken. And my life was changed forever. Today he found an engagement ring in an orange at that very same summit. I pretended that my shoe laces needed tying so that I was on one knee to ask the question. Needless to say, we are starting the most exciting new chapter of our lives together. We have always looked after each other. From the very day we met. It's what we do. We make each other the best version of our selves- the most honest, the most free and the most powerful. I'm so excited that Jeffery and I will get to watch each other grow. It's the greatest honour of my life. I love you @jefferyself and promise to look after you everyday of my life just like you look after me. To Jeffery Self, my snuggly little puglet xxxxx

Self had posted about their upcoming nuptials by posting images of his unexpected bachelor festivities and obviously exciting moments.

 

I was awoken at 9am by a stripper named Braden. I brushed my teeth before letting him do any of this.
