The adult film industry is reeling with the news of Bo Dixon’s unexpected death.
According to the late performer’s partner, Brad, Dixon died in his sleep on February 7th. No other details in regard to his passing have been released at this time.
Dixon, real name Thom Austin, performed in gay porn from 2005 to 2008. He worked predominantly for Colt Studio and Hot House Entertainment.
During his brief heyday, Dixon was known for his height (6’2″) and muscular physique. As he transitioned out of the porn industry and into a normal life, he embodied the term “daddy” and boasted quite the enviable bod.
He was 63-years-old at the time of his passing.

I met him once at a club in DC. We had a fun time hanging out, I didn’t know he did porn.
I met Thom in the early nineties and we developed a strong relationship he called Jehovah’s Fitness where we worked out together and read scripture. Our friendship became something more over the years, as he taught me about loving Jesus and him. Our relationship ended abruptly in January of 1997, as he decided to move to Alabama, after meeting some one else. He had a swimmers build then and he showed me his art work, showing these really muscular guys…saying he wanted to be big like in his drawings. He often times forgot about things we had scheduled together and was a workaholic for Lowes, but I still loved him. He was a Eggbert and a long earred galoot, my nick names for him. Damn, that’s fuckin sad. Still one of my all time faves, had such a huge crush on this guy, always hoped he’d make more movies. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy, terrible news. 63 is way too young. Prayers going out to his partner and family. RIP Thom, a lot of will miss you.
